Return Eligibility
You may return products within 7 days of delivery if:

Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Used or worn products
- Items without original packaging/tags
- Personal care items (hygiene reasons)
- Sale items or final sale products

Refund Information
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the order. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer or JazzCash/EasyPaisa.
Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and verify the returned item. Bank transfers may take additional time depending on your bank.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is FREE for defective or wrong items. For returns due to personal preference, customer bears the return shipping cost.
Important Notes
- •Items must be returned in original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- •For optical glasses, return is only accepted if there's a manufacturing defect or wrong power was delivered.
- •Please include your order number and contact details in the return package.
- •We reserve the right to refuse returns that don't meet our policy criteria.
